The largest turnout until 18pm in the second presidential election is marked at Shavnik 82.39 percent, according to State Election Commission data.
After Shavnik, the biggest turnout is in Pluzine, Kolasin, Mojkovac, Pljevlja and Danilovgrad.
The lowest turnout is marked in Guci, where a little over 32 per cent of voters have voted, followed by the lowest turnout in Ulcinj and Tuzi.
