Demhasa considers Kurti's comments on Prosecution a constitutional offence

Analyst Arton Demhasaj estimates that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has committed constitutional violations with statements he has made in the Parliament today over the work of the Kosovo Prosecutor. Citing Kurt's reaction, he has called this whole scandalous situation. “
Citing Kurt's reaction, he has called this whole scandalous situation.
When you see today the prime minister's reaction to the named and surnamed prosecutor in the Parliament's folk, attacking him for his professional work in the past, you can imagine that Kosovo's prime minister is the mechanization of the Judiciary Council and the Prosecutorial Council, which provides him with the measure of performance of prosecutors and judges on how they handled cases in the recovery. This is really scandalous”, he declared in Tv 1.
As the deputy of PDK, Rashit Qalaj asked whether Kurti has misused the official position today in relation to the Prosecutor, Demhayan stressed that “this could also be considered constitutional violations, because it is intervention”.
At today's session in the Assembly, Kurti has said there have been abuses in the past, but have not been handled by the Prosecutor.
As he has stated, the new KEK leadership after taking office has deposited facts and evidence of the abuses that have occurred before, “but the prosecution's zeal for dealing with the issue has been zero”.
