An unpleasant strong meeting reportedly took place between Kosovo Constitutional Court Chairman Gresa Caka-Niman and the head of the Kosovo Agency for Intelligence, Petit Ajeti. The information is out of AKI, this institution run by Petit Ajjeti. It says that the intelligence chief has handed a memo to the chief constitutional judge, Gresa Caka, who, as described in the information, contained data for constitutional judges that they are involved in crime and are being blackmailed from abroad in order to make a decision to oust Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani.

Sources for Paparacin say there is a document through which Western partners have been informed about this meeting that seems very serious and disturbing.

The meeting's contents have elements of blackmail on the part of the AKI chief. The meeting has taken place on 31 March this year at the Constitutional Court facilities in Pristina.

Paparac has secured a document by which Western partners have been informed about this meeting that seems very serious and disturbing. The information is out of AKI, this institution run by Ajjeti.

It says that the intelligence chief has handed a memo to the chief constitutional judge, Gresa Caka, who, as described in the information, contained data for constitutional judges that they are involved in crime and are being blackmailed from abroad in order to make a decision to oust Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani.

Paparac has sent questions to these two institutions, but none of them have responded until the moment the writing was published.

Paparac has confirmed the meeting from various sources, but these sources have been unable to speak about what happened within the meeting. They described it as tense, unable to talk about what caused that tension.

“With the date 31 March 2023, Gresa Caka-Nimani Has accepted a letter from Petit Ajeti .C. Director General of Intelligence at the meeting held at the Constitutional Court. The letter's contents were that some Constitutional Court judges are suspected of criminal activities and as such cannot make fair decisions in court”, said the information issued by AKI for the sake of international partners.

In this letter it has described how the tribunal's chief was concerned and strict in relation to Ajeti. He told her that if he had information like that, he'd run to the DA and not to her.

Sources have said the meeting took place exactly two days after a television report. Channel 10 that the Constitution is expected to bring down President Osmani.

In This Text “ECKLUSIVE: Political scene in the fever, Constitutional decision could bring President” down, allegedly the Constitution will make the decision based on the complaints of two minority deputies due to vote manipulation in recent elections.

In information issued by AKI for international partners it is said that the meeting was linked precisely to these writings in the media that President Vjosa Osmani could be torn down by the Constitution, because Veton Berisha and Albert Kinolli have the case in court for their mandates.

The AKI director has told the president of the Constitutional Court that several constitutional court judges tend to bring down the country's president. According to him, these judges are blackmailed from the outside and from the inside to bring down President”, it is further claimed.

Kanal10 had reported that President Osmani's mandate could be at risk if the mandate of Roma Initiative MP Fadil Gashi appears to be non-legitive.

Regarding the legitimacy of MP Gashi's mandate, a complaint was filed at the Constitutional Court on April 13th, 2021. The complaint has been submitted by some representatives of Roma and Egyptian communities' parties.

These complainers have told the court that if it proves that the current Roma Initiative MP is holding the mandate in a unconstitutional manner, he must leave the Assembly.

That's right, writing. Channel 10 A Constitutional decision, issued by representatives of Roma and Egyptian communities, could jeopardise the mandate of President Osmani, reported.

The Constitutional Court has not yet made a decision regarding the complaint in question.
