He has said that participation in this election process held, according to him, by Kosovo institutions, has been very small.

“14 people of Serbian nationality have voted in this election, down from 45 thousand. It's a very small number, and it's not known how much validity is when participants have been a small number of the country's” population, Dachic said, Klan Kosova.tv reports.

“2 percent of Albanians make decisions on the fate of 98 percent of people. Albanians have almost all participated in this” process.
