Vela said that he is making these visits to countries that are influenced by Russia, and that is what he called a desperate move.
“Dacic is visiting countries that are under the scope of Russian influence. A desperate move to undermine implementation of Article 4 of the agreement with Kosovo. Serbia will violate Article 4 if it votes against Kosovo's membership in international bodies. Soon to Be Tested! ”, Vela wrote on Twitter.
