Through a reaction, the Constitutional Court has indirectly accepted the Caka-Niman meeting with Ajjeti, but has only denied blackmailing judges.
The Constitutional Court is fully independent of the exercise of its constitutional functions. It also, within the framework of constitutional competencies and those defined in the applicable laws, has co-operation with all institutions of the Republic of Kosovo”, the Constitutional Court says in the brief response.
