Conjufca after Escobar's request for Association: It must be accepted without Serbia knowing us

The US special envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, said he expects to have a proposal from the Kosovo Government for the Association of Serb-based municipalities by 2 May, when Kosovo and Serbia leaders are expected to meet in Brussels.

“I hope by May 2nd there will be a concrete proposal”, Escobar said in an interview for the Albanian Voice of America service.
