Kelmendi has added that it is time for the first meeting of the two governments -- Albania and Kosovo -- in Gjakova, on 14 June 2023 -- to sign an agreement on the establishment procedures, composition and functioning of the Interstate Commission, with experts, for drafting proposals “for a common Albanian language”.
He has added that this agreement, the following could join the governments of the Republic of Northern Macedonia and the Republic of Montenegro.
