In addition, statistics show that in the past two years, 2021 and 2022, the number of presumptions that have been set aside are increasing.
Until traffic police in 2021 pronounced 17 thousand and 832 tickets with negative points, in 2022 the number has risen to 26 thousand and 912 tickets.
Last year, three thousand of the 598 drivers were removed from one point, while 2 points were removed from 18 thousand of the 972 drivers.
Of the five points, which by law on road traffic regulations are the maximum pronounced at once, 127 drivers have been removed.
Thus notes an increased police activity in preventing the large number of accidents occurring in Kosovo.
