While saying he wants political pluralism in that part of Kosovo, Muja said the state should offer all conditions to the CEC for elections in the north to be held.

He explained that the self-management element does not provide additional competencies and therefore “is neither self-rule nor let anything more”. For Muja, an ethnic association project is over.

He said there will no longer be unilateral implementation of the agreements.

LVV MP Armend Muja has said that extraordinary elections in the four first northern municipalities to be held on 23 April will be held.
According to him, if the integrity of citizens is at stake during this process, then measures should be taken against lawbreakers.
