According to preliminary results from the CEC, the largest opposition party, The PDK has won the Zvecan municipality and Zubin Potok's.
While the ruling party, Vetevendosje, which has backed the Bosniak candidate in northern Mitrovica, has emerged first with 519 votes and in Leposavic by 100 votes.
At Zubin Potok, The PDK has received 196 votes, while the VV has received 180 votes.
And in Zvecan, The PDK has received 114 votes and VV 71 votes.
