Only 10 days until April 23rd elections for the four municipalities in the country's north, but the Central Election Commission has yet to publish any information on the technical possibilities of organising these elections.
That's also because this institution lacks the full security report that they've requested from MPB.
Monitorers of this election process say that not publishing and informing in time where citizens can vote is a violation of the procedures and deadlines set by the CEC itself.
“Citizens have no idea where they can come up with the fragile security situation. The options and modalizations mentioned in addition to having damaged the situation there”, Eugen Calcolly declared by KDI.
According to Cacol, the initial turnout in this election could be the basis for contesting the legitimacy of the potential elected by citizens' votes.

Meanwhile, the Central Election Commission has announced that Friday will hold the meeting, which postponed two days in a row, with polling stations in four northern municipalities expected to be reviewed and approved.
