Borrell's statement comes after 4 April Brussels had a meeting between Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and the director of the so-called “Zyrree for Kosovo” in Serbia's Government, Petar Petkoviq.
“The EU expects both to respect all its obligations and start implementing” as soon as possible, Borrell has written on Twitter, the Express broadcast.
He has asked Kosovo and Serbia to avoid any escalation.
“Pales should avoid any escalation. Translating their commitments to their European ways is ongoing”, the chief of European diplomacy has said.
Earlier, on March 18th in Ohrid, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq met.
Signing the agreement did not, but Borrell had said that that night that “asme has an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia”, adding that “it must be implemented”.
