Beka said IPK was notified in the early morning hours of tomorrow, while the incident occurred at Monday evening hours.
“Incident occurred in the evening hours, while the IPK was announced tomorrow. Immediately after the Kosovo Police have had the first doubts an official may have been involved”.

On the other hand, he said that so far there is no investigation into the chain of command, as according to him, doubts are only to police officials who have been engaged in the checkpoint.
