The term “eliminated by violence” has raised questions about whether on May two, statements of the found out for which Kosovo and Serbia agreed on April 4th at the meeting of the top negotiators will be signed.
The Kosovo side has said that the term “disappeared with violence” is used in the declaration for the undiscovered, but the Serb side has not accepted this term.
University professor, Constitution connoisseur Mazum Baraliu, estimates that Serbia must accept the term “eliminated by violence” because according to him it is the internationally recognised term.
“I hope there will be some (declaration) this time, because there is no reason to disagree on a timenology issue, and I believe Serbia should have the pressure it would have to have and the reason if the minimum representative has had to accept that term that is internationally recognised so the declaration of the disappearance of many persons assigned to the war in Kosovo”.
Politologist Dorajet Imeri expects that at the two-May meeting, Kurti-Vucciq in Brussels, an agreement between the parties on the issue of the found.
“The opportunity to have a breakthrough in the connection of the found out at the next meeting between the leaders of the two countries is really huge, since already the meeting at the expert level and the representations is harmonised, and perhaps only its potential signing or eventually the declaration is accepted as an agreement.
According to the annex for implementing the Kosovo agreement, Serbia, reached on March 18th, in Ohrid “the Jews agree to adopt the Declaration of Missing Persons, as negotiated under the EU-brokered dialogue as an urgent matter.
