What was said in the indictment?
The indictment stated that Naser Pajasitaj, November 9, 2015, had taken his cousin Donyette, a few yards from her home by car. One of the prosecution's main arguments was that the accused's alibi did not stand, since data received from an antenna showed that a call had been made from the accused's phone during the time he said he had been elsewhere.
After the trial, Peja's Constitutional Court frees him from charges of murder Naser Pajazitaj, as he is not able to prove that he was the boss of the crime. Naser Pajazitaj is sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Donjeta, in the second trial of this case at the Pjajajare Foundation Court.
