Arrangement for missing war, Serbia took over the opening of archives and secret documents for the found

EU High Representative Josep Borrell has welcomed yesterday's agreement between Kosovo and Serbia's chief negotiators about the declaration of the missing during the war. Its approval is expected to take place at the next meeting among the heads of state, whose Borrell has urged implementation of all obligations to come out of the agreement [...]
The first meeting between Kosovo and Serbia after the Ohrid Agreement also brought the first agreement towards its implementation.
Chief negotiators Besnik Bislimi and Petar Petkovic agreed in Brussels for the text of the declaration for the disappearances during the war.
And this has been welcomed on Wednesday by EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Josep Borell.
The agreement that has been reached for the text of the declaration on missing persons during yesterday's meeting of the chief negotiators is the first step. We're going to adopt him to the level of leaders at the next summit that he's hosting”, Borrell said.
The issue that has so far dragged the adoption of this statement has been the term “violated”, which Kosovo has insisted on involving it on the issue of the missing, which Serbia has rejected.
But, it is the chairman of the Government Commission for Extinction, Andy Hoti, who says that Kosovo's request for that term to be included in the statement has been accepted at yesterday.
There will be no more missing persons, but people missing violently from the Serbian state. Also, I have to stress as very important, which by means of this statement Serbia is forced to take over the opening of archives and presentation of secret documents on the whereabouts of missing persons with violence”, Hoti has said of RTV Dukagjin.
In his statement after the meeting, chief negotiator Bislimi briefly cited the issue of the missing, without specifying what agreement has been reached.
He was more concrete when he spoke about the draft, as he called it, “Management Group”, which according to him should be presented at the leadership meeting.
However, Bislimi has shown uncertainty about this procedure. But, political analyst Artan Mujaziri doesn't believe there's any more dilemma about association.
“It is reliable that the absolute majority of the draft has already been implemented and these may be media spectacles and to show a kind of disrepute or disagreement so complete, but in essence I don't think there's much room to take any major step on the side of the Association” deadlock, Mujajri said.
As a possible date for the next meeting between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq is mentioned 22 April.
The European top diplomat Borell has resurfaced EU expectations that both sides respect all obligations and start implementing as soon as possible, until it has sought to avoid any possible escalation.
