Special Court Judge Charles L. Smith has approved the request of Geoffrey Roberts, the lawyer of the former KLA head, Rexhep Selimi, for adding a test material.

The material was approved at the time when the first Special Prosecutor's Witness in the case “Thaci and others” are being interviewed by the defence, which asked 14 hours for questioning.

During the time the first prosecutor's witness was being brought to the hearing, attorney Roberts has filed a request for two documents to be added as proof materials during the interview period.

This was approved by the court. The prosecution has not rejected the request, but said there are some parts in the document that are repetitive.

Then the session went private.

The first Witness prosecution is marking the third day of the interview. Four days of witnessing were envisioned.

Lawyer Roberts: As the witness is coming, I would like to present as proof and register as proof of the criminal outcry discussed yesterday with the witness. It's an ID document Ex-066676 and 066696. Again, for clarification, it has nothing to do with authenticity, but it's just a document that are co-related statements that have the supporting effect.

Prosecutor Holing: We have no objection, but there are just parts that are repeated that have to do with the veracity of the facts asked of the witness.
