Appeal still without a decision on complaints against detention measure against Valon Syla's three attackers

Happy 24-year-old Dervisi, 23-year-old Kenan Hasani and 24-year-old Okan Hasani are already holding the security measure of that detention for 30 days under suspicion that they have carried out the criminal work of inciting hatred or division in the case of assault on journalist Syla.
Twelve days earlier, specifically April 14, 2023, the Constitutional Court in Pristina, had assigned three suspects to one month's detention in the case.
However, unhappy with this decision by the three suspects, they have filed complaints at the Court of Appeals, which has not yet decided on these complaints.
Lum Dervisi defender Shemsije Aslan for Reporter.net has stated that they still have no information from Appeals about complaints against the court's ruling over detention.

With these actions of suspects, Syla has suffered minor bodily injuries for what she was treated at QKUK. The suspects were arrested a day later by law enforcement agencies.
At first, the case had been described as slight bodily injury and then requalified to incite hatred and division.
