Andin Hoti exposes Petkov: People “destroyed by violence” not only missing “persona

After the Insider report that “the government has not yet exposed Petkov for the removal of the term non-violent” has reacted to the Government Commission's Chief Commissioner for Undiscovered Persons, Andy Hoti, saying exactly the opposite. Serbia has accepted the statement with the term “abolished by violence” and not only the missing “”, said Andy Hoti. [...]
“Day, after more than a year of negotiating in Brussels, Serbia finally accepted the statement on people missing by violence (which is expected to be approved by Prime Minister Kurti and Vuciq in the coming days). For the first time after many challenges, and after 24 years we were able to impose the proper address of responsibility for the missing, as victims of war seeking solutions and justice under international conventions”, Hoti wrote.
Therefore, there will be not only missing persons, but violent missing persons from the Serbian state”, Andy Hoti wrote.
Andy Hoti's full reaction:
Dear citizens,
Yesterday, after more than a year of negotiating in Brussels, Serbia finally accepted the statement on people missing by violence (which is expected to be approved by Prime Minister Kurti and Vuciq in the coming days).
For the first time after many challenges, and after 24 years we were able to impose the right approach of responsibility for the missing, as victims of war seeking solutions and justice under international conventions.
Hence, there will be not only missing persons, but violent missing persons from the Serbian state.
Also, I have to stress as too important, which through this statement Serbia is forced to take over the opening of archives and present secret documents on the whereabouts of violent missing persons.
Once the statement is received from the highest level, we will publish the next steps necessary to implement this statement.
Despite having to say that for me as a family, this is just the first step in addressing the political issue of violent missing persons, and the importance of this declaration is achieved at the moment of respecting and implementing it fully, for which we expect the strong and necessary support from our international, US and EU friends.
Much work and effort remain to be made to reach our main goal: The fate of the last violent missing person in Kosovo.
