” We have spent the last two years negotiating a legally binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. On March 18th in Ohrid Josep Borrell officially announced the deal. What is agreed on now must be fully and immediately implemented. No partial application; without delay”, Kurti wrote on Twitter.
The German ambassador agrees entirely with this statement.
“Plottically agree ) full implementation of all provisions of the agreement from Kosovo and Serbia is the necessity of the time”, he wrote on Twitter.
Kosovo and Serbia have reached an agreement in Ohrid on March 18th, though it has not been signed.
But official Belgrade has rejected several provisions of the agreement, including its failure to prevent Kosovo from membership in international organisations.
