The Dutch diplomat thinks Albania's move to have another resolution to overlap Senator Dick Marty's on the Council of Europe, which served as the basis for establishing specialised rooms, is the right one.
Bosch questions whether the Special should exist after it was confirmed that there are no charges of organ trafficking on which this court was established.
I expect everyone to be released, of course”, says Bosch.
He thinks the actions of the state of Kosovo should also be different following the publication of the Marty Senate report. According to him, Kosovo's Specialised Chambers should investigate all cases, including those murders, massacres, rapes, cases of missing persons and property injuries on the part of Serbs.

Bosch raises the question of why a court should exist to investigate only a few cases and ignore over 13 thousand civilians killed by Serb forces during the last war in Kosovo.
And what the prosecutor says, now he's talking about 100 cases, because of course 100 cases is a lot, but if we have between 16 and 12,000 people killed, why have we got an entire court for 100 cases? What's so important to these 100? So 15 thousand minus 100 cases, isn't it worth investigating, it's a little weird”, says the former Dutch ambassador. Bosch says working with this court should not continue after US prosecutor Clinton Williams had filed a report in which he proved there is no evidence of organ trafficking.
The former ambassador of the Netherlands to Kosovo also talks about the current situation between Kosovo and Serbia, according to him, the latter will one day have to accept Kosovo's independence.
He says that in Serbia there is no press freedom, therefore propaganda is highly developed and people are broadcast as if Serbs in Kosovo were not well treated.
At the Special Court in The Hague on Tuesday begins presenting evidence in the case to former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, who are charged with alleged war crimes.
The grand trial is expected to take several years since the prosecution has warned hundreds of witnesses who will speak against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
