The Information Classing Law has a very interesting article that says that information cannot be classified in order to not-to-do an institution, I believe it's happening”.

Flutra Kusari, a media rights lawyer on the “Five” show, has said the ruling party, Vetevendosje, is misusing the Law on Information Classification.

Kusari has stressed that this misuse of the VV law, not to be trained, is seen at the Security Fund, where the government has not given access to any journalist who has demanded the amount of money that is collected.

And with this law, the abuse of this exists and we're looking at the Security Fund, the Information Classification Law is misuse. There is no legal reason, there is no argument that can convince someone that the amount of the Security Fund should be kept secret. The budget for KSF is known, the amount of money spent on the purchase of weapons, no one is currently demanding the contract. We're just talking about the sum. However, the Information Classification Law has a very interesting article where it says that information cannot be classified with the intention of not-to-do an institution, I believe it's happening. I think the VV is misappropriating the law not to be given a chance before all, but I believe the agency (Information and Private Agency) will react to”, Kusari said.
