He has said he has the government's continued tendency to mix in the domestic affairs of municipalities. The most serious case in his view is the tendency of Finance Minister Iron Murati to receive unexplored personal revenues from municipalities, which according to him has no legal basis.
Ibrahimi explains that after the suspension of his own inflows by Minister Murati, it is complete in his will whether he will restore these revenues to municipalities or leave them without any capital invasion.
There is currently no will of Minister Murati to return about 37m euros of unexplored personal revenues to municipalities, and unless it were the response of the Communist Association, the municipalities would receive about 100m euros, with both legs would be violated. These tools the government has no right to spend and they have remained frozen, the government would have to worry a lot about this issue because its own revenues are translated into capital investments in municipalities, and the citizens of these municipalities will not see these investments if they are taken away by this”, the director of the Commission Association, Sazan Ibrahimi, in T7.
Ibrahim has explained another thing, which happened for the first time in Kosovo, where 18 municipalities were not supported by any capital project.
He has declared that municipalities have not been earmarked for capital investments, for new investments, while the mayors of these entire municipalities have their own projections in their own revenues.
