May 2nd meeting, Kosovo amid constructiveity, suspicion of Vuciqi

And four days before this meeting between the Kosovo prime minister and the president of Serbia, the European Union has confirmed the agenda of discussions.
The first issue on the agenda will be the adoption of the Declaration on Missing Persons during the war, and then the first draft of the Serb majority Communist Association Act will be presented.
But it is not known what impact this week can have on developments in Strasbourg, where Serbia voted against reviewing Kosovo's application for membership in the Council of Europe.
The move was praised as violating Serbia's Ohrid agreement.
However, international law professor Besfort Rrecaj estimates that Kosovo should not deal much with this issue at the May 2nd meeting.

Kosovo, according to Professor Rrecaj, should be careful not to be seen as the blocking party in the eyes of the international community.
International relations researcher Arik Cipa has said that Kosovo has reason to be sceptical, but according to him it is important to continue constructively.
