The defendant A.O. has been convicted and sentenced to prison for eight (eight) years, which sentence will be executed 15 days from the day of the indomitable of this act and accused D. The RR has been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for six (six) years, which sentence will be executed 15 days from the day of the infirmity of this act”, always according to this communique.
A.O.O. and D.R. were charged with committing criminal work “Dunimi” by Article 227, paragraph 4, 4.7 over paragraph 1 of the Penal Code.
