12 nurses sue ShSCUK, cancelled their selection in these positions.

The 19-year dream, Albina Halili, became reality on August 4th, 2022, when she learned she was admitted to the nurses' competition at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo. But her joy did not last long. Just five days later, everything went down, after the competition Albina spent all [...]
But her joy did not last long. Just five days later everything went down, that's after the competition Albina spent all the stages was canceled by the leader of the SKKKUK's duty, Spring Zejrullah.
The competition Albina came out with, turned zero and another started over.
Although in the first competition, she had come in second in a second contest, she was not even accepted.
Disillusioned by this case, 19-year-old says that after completing her studies, she plans to leave for Germany.
Albina's fate was shared by 11 other admitted candidates who, after canceling the competition, filed charges against SKKKUK for violations of employment rights.
What really happened and how did it get to the exit of the competition?
On August 3, 2022, on the day when oral interviews were held, one of the members of the Electoral Commission, Liridon Mehmeti, at 7:50, just 10 minutes before the interview began, reported Skender Shabanin, chief of staff at SSKKUKU, that he could not be present at this stage of the competition, for personal reasons.
Kixis has contacted Shaban to get his version of the case, but the same has refused to be declared.
However, in a letter provided by the show, the chief of staff announces to Zeynep that because of timely pressure and since the candidates called in the interview had only arrived, Merita Shatroll was sent to Mehmet's country for replacement.
Although the decision-changing proposal was submitted to the office of director Zejnullahu, it did not receive its signature.
The commission with the new member continued the procedure, and the next day it released the results of the contest.
Although he did not personally sign the proposal for amendments to the selection commission's decision, Zejnifu four days after announcing the list of accepted candidates, on August 8th of 2022, was reminded of seeking legal interpretation by the QKU Law Affairs Office on two issues.
The second issue involved just changing the commission member, as reported in the letter, without its approval.
On the day she received the legal interpretation, Zejnullahu asked the Office of Staff to immediately cancel the nurses' competition, arguing that there were legal violations throughout the process.
And the day later, on August 9, she decided to turn the competition to zero.
Kiks Kosova has tried to contact Zeynep, but the same has not responded to the show's calls.
Its decision prompted at least 12 candidates who had been admitted to this competition to court. They indicted the SKKUK for violating employment rights.
Lawyer Florim Shefqeti, who represents these candidates, told Kiksi that through this indictment they seek to annul the decision that cancelled this competition.
According to data Kiksi received from the Oda of Kosovo Inphemies, by 2021, 750 nurses have left the country.
The reasons for their departure have to do with finances, as well as the safety and best working conditions in countries where they moved.
