On the “showDebat Plus”, at RTV Dukagjini, Ymer has said that the behaviour of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti “na has brought to this point”.
The “is proven once again that compromise between Kosovo and Serbia is possible only if a third party proposes it and forces us to reach that compromise. Otherwise we, together with Serbia, for a wait and ruin the entire process”, Ymer has said.
As for Anex, Ymer has said he has not expected concreteisation and sequence of implementation of the agreement's points.
“Meanwhile anaxis in some respects is more generalized than the text of the agreement itself, and this causes two major problems, the first of which we still don't know how the process will work, and the second is that this gives almost maximum space to the EU to interpret it”, Ymer added.
He says the EU is practically what will do the main work, and then the parties will be the ones to accept with comments, remarks that, according to Ymer, imply that the space for the parties will be more limited.
The most problematic “has seemed to me that in the annex Serbia's main requirement for establishing the institutional structure is seen, it has concreteised, but Kosovo's benefits from the plan have no concrete and this is not correct”, Ymer has said.
The second thing about Ymer is important in this process and where he made the biggest mistakes to Kurti “is that for reasons not assessed by our partners as very important, this has raised the level of opposition to the extent that there has been disrespect for other partner's concerns, which has then been reflected in the form of punishment in the previous process”.
