According to the Kosovo Hydrotechnology Institute, minimal temperatures will move between -2 to 1 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is set to move between 16 and 19 degrees Celsius.
During the next four days, it is designed to blow mainly from the south and northeastern at a speed of 1-7m/s, and will hold changing weather, wind from south and southeast at 1-9m/s, the IHMK report said.
