Warning Rame Buya: European Plan Could Create Third Power in Kosovo

PDK Steering Council member Rame Buja has declared that the biggest risk of accepting the European plan is if third power enters Kosovo.
Buya in Tv1, said that if that happens it would be very tragic for Kosovo.
