“Association is a very important issue for us”, he said, recalling the opinion of some of the key competencies and referring to the 2015 technical agreement he and then Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa signed.

Such competencies imply greater security for Serbs, Vuciq claims, counting organs that should have association ʹ from the head of the Parliament, the Council to everything else.
