Prime Minister Kurti in a statement today for the media has said that there is still no finalised document and that there can be no outcome of the talks and therefore no agreement.
Meanwhile, US emissary for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar has said they are interested in signing the agreement today, but in finalising the agreement.
Kurti and Vuciq initially held separate meetings with Borell and Lajcak. Both leaders have met on February 27th in Brussels, where they agreed on the Franco-German plan.
