Trial of killing police at Pristina Zlatar party

The delay in this session has also been requested by the damaged L.H. (the victim's sister), since, according to her, the presence of the lawyer is necessary even though the same said there is no concrete complaint against anyone.

She has also demanded that this session be postponed even because of the absence of the late mother L.H., who, according to her health causes, cannot attend the session.

So Judge Shyti has found that in the absence of the damaged party's representative, lawyer Besnik Berisha has not met the conditions for maintaining this trial.

Meanwhile, the next session is scheduled on April 14, 2023, since according to Judge Shyti all previous terms are occupied with other hearings.

Similarly, the judge said the lawyer Berisha would be invited at a regular invitation, while for accused Fatlum Mehmeti, the ordinance for behaviour would be issued because the accused is on the move.
