The trial against the accused is postponed because he stabbed his uncle twice

In contrast, according to the indictment filed on May 5, 2021 by the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, the D.M., it is charged that while the attack was under way by two other indictees, J.M., with the intent to deprive his uncle of life, had attacked him from behind with a knife, with which he had twice struck on the abdomen and chest.

By these actions, he is accused of committing criminal work “severe attempted murder” by Article 173 pars 1.3 points over Article 28 and criminal activity “Possession, control, unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366 par 1 of KPRK.
