Sentenced by 4 years in prison and 10,000 euros some indicted in the “case Subventions II”

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared a conviction court against six indictees, Blerim Mulliqi, Bekim Bruci, Dukagjin Deda, Sadri Berisha, Pashk Krasniqi and Ramadan Zeqiraj, charged with criminal acts “In bribery”, <2> Subventions II”, condemning (with) 4 years of imprisonment and 10 [...]
The indictment against the six defendants was announced Wednesday by Judge Violet Naman.
While, the trial in this case will continue for accused Luan Statovci, Sedat Shkodra, Berat Nika, Gzim Morina, Rasim Zekaj, Africa Mehmetaj, Donard Draga, Haziri Metaj and Hysni Morina.
According to the trial, accused Blerim Mulliqi -- for the criminal act “bribe” -- the court sentenced him to one year and six months in prison, in which sentence will be counted even in the past time in custody.
Similarly, the same is obliged to compensate for the damage caused by the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo budget to an estimated 8 thousand and 400 euros. To the accused, Mulliqi was also pronounced a supplementary sentence, a ban on public administration and public service functions.
While accused Bekim Bruci of criminal work “of influence”, he was sentenced to 6 months in prison and a thousand euros in fines. In the prison sentence, the time spent in detention will be counted.
According to the bias, the same sentence, with his consent, could be replaced by fines of three thousand and 600 euros.
The accused Dukagjin Deda for criminal work “gave bribes to” was sentenced to a thousand euros in fine and 6 months in prison, in which the time spent in house arrest will be counted.
Even accused Deda, with his consent, prison sentence could be replaced by fines of 4 thousand euros.
In contrast, Ramadan Zeqiray for criminal acts “Brigia” was sentenced to a thousand euros in fine and 6 months in prison, in which he will be counted last time under house arrest.
While, for “subsidies”, he was sentenced to 5 thousand euros in fines, which must be paid in the 15 days term no longer than 6 months after the court takes on a formal form.
If accused Zeqiraj does not want to pay the penalty by fine or can't, the same is replaced by prison.
The accused Zeqiray is obliged to make compensation for the damage caused by the Republic of Kosovo budget, worth 12 thousand euros.
On the other hand, accused Sadri Berisha of criminal work “bribe” was sentenced to 1,000 euros in fines and 6 months in prison. In prison sentences, the same will be counted as the time spent under house arrest.
Under the trial, the prison sentence, the same with his consent, could be replaced in a fine of 4 thousand euros.
Indictee Pask Krasniqi, for criminal work “in bribery” was sentenced to 1,000 euros in fines and 6 months in prison.
The accused Krasniqi, the prison sentence with his consent, could be replaced by fines in 4 thousand euros.
Each individual is charged separately with paying the expenses of the criminal procedure, in the name of the judiciary amounting to 100 euros, and from 100 euros for the compensation fund for the crime victims, reports “Justice Trust”.
