Veton Berisha and Albert Kinoll from the Egyptian and Roma communities are claiming their mandates have been taken by several major violations in the recent general elections. According to them, the Roma Initiative has managed to take place in the country with the help of the Serb vote instructed by the Serbian List. This court process was reportedly able to oust Vjosa Osman from the presidential position, as it has also been elected with deputies' votes from the Roma Initiative.
<x0) President, it's an attempt to pressure the Court and create confusion in public. DK is an independent institution which has clear legal obligation to maintain the integrity of judicial decision making”, Vela wrote on Twitter.
He said reports that the Constitutional Court could make a decision that would disturb the political scene are “realised under the scheme prepared by Belgrade”.
The “we have completely clear that the dezinforms and propaganda that is allegedly made by calling “on resources within Court” are part of the special war carried out according to the scheme prepared by Belgrade and carried out through northern criminals and their sexmen, who are on the US blacklist. Any eventual scenario to trigger the institutional crisis in Kosovo and to get the dialogue process out of the tracks (in particular to prevent implementation of Article 4, of the agreement), is only the scenario of Serbia itself”, Vela wrote.
He has even called this <x0 veneering point towards institutions”.
So this is an attempt to influence judicial decision making and to try the legitimate institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, and as such it will fail”, Vela wrote.
