The names of 29 judges have been standing in the president's office for 35 days.
Vjosa Osmani has yet another 25 days left to decide whether they will decree or not.
But I waited the last few days to complete this procedure is being viewed as totally unnecessary because of their need in courts, especially in Mitrovica.
And for that very reason, even on the 9th day of February, when the Judiciary Council sent the names to the presidency, there was hope that the job would be done soon.
Most of the new judges are expected to go to serve at the Mitrovica Court and its branches, as well as in Pristina.
