As he says, the “Pristina is behind the Constitutional Court” and that according to Petkov “this is a clear tactic to re-mislead Brussels”.
His reaction came after Culture Minister Hajrullah Ceku's statement, who said Wednesday that if the Association is established it is destined to go to the Constitutional Court and fall back.
Ceku, speaking of the annex of implementing the agreement with Serbia, had said he could even become a 'Zajednica they seek, but immediately goes to Constitution and falls back.
He says that whatever happens, if you don't pass the Constitutional Court test, it will fall.
“I don't think we already have a crystallized model of how this obligation should be realised that we are behind, but that it is already part of this agreement as self-defence for the Serb community living in Kosovo.
We have some basic principles that highlighted the prime minister. The first principle is: The constitution of Kosovo and the opinion of the Constitution on the 2015 agreement. Neither the Constitution nor that Constitutional decision that 23 articles say is incompatible with the Constitution, but they are irresistibly realities. Even a new organisation can be created here, but tomorrow it still does not pass the Constitutional Court test”, Ceku said.
On the other hand, Ceku said neither Prime Minister Kurti nor anyone else can push forward something that conflicts with the Kosovo Constitution.
The “is an unboundable pillar. Kurt said three pillars, and the first is the Constitution. So we can make a Zajednica what they're looking for, but right away it goes to Constitutional and it comes down again. This is beyond recovery. This is not Mr. Kurt, but no one can push me away. Whatever falls contrary to the Constitution of Kosovo, which is the monoethnic character, a third executive power, means the essence of our constitution. That someone could do that. Take a shower, give a bath vow, the day you set it up, tomorrow at the Constitutional Court to bring it down”, he said of T7.
