According to the charges, the Albanian has organised a series of smuggled escapes with illegal immigrants since last year. Four others arrested, believed to be part of the same group, will be brought to court later this month accused of helping with illegal immigration.
Albanians Arsen Feci, 44 and Klodian Shenaj, 48, from Nottingham and Banet Tershan, 51, from Hove, East Sussex, will appear at the Nottingham Crown Court on 29 March.
