At a plenary session, which will take place at 3: 00 a.m., President Osmani will be speakers with world leaders: France's President Emmanuel Macron, UK Prime Minister Rich Sunak, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Sweden's prime minister, Wolf Cristersson, Iceland's prime minister, Katrín Jacobsdóttir, Columbia President Gustavo Petro, and the heads of state governments from Zambia and the Bahamas.

The summit for Democracy will be opened by President Joe Biden at 12:00 and will unite countries around the globe in their efforts to consolidate democratic values and promote and empower them.

The Republic of Kosovo, over the past year, has achieved significant successes in all three pledges aimed at empowering rule of law and fighting corruption, fighting authoritarianism, advancing human rights, diversity and involvement with focus on advancing women's rights and gender equality.

Because of this success, out of more than 100 participating states, the presidency of the Republic of Kosovo, as the leading institution in Kosovo along the “Action Year”, under the Summit for Democracy, has been selected by the White House to join thematic rule of law group.
