Stefano Pioli and his team will fly to London for the second round of the 16th Championship League against Tottenham tomorrow afternoon.
According to reports in Gazzetta dello Sport, Giroud already suffered from symptoms during his defeat in the match against Fiorentina.
Giroud is apparently recovering and his condition is thought to be improving, but there are doubts whether he will be able to start Wednesday over Tottenham.
It is said that Pioli is considering taking Giroud to London regardless of his physical ability, in the hope that he may be able to play a part in that meeting. In his absence, Ante Rebic, Divock Origi, or Charles De Kjetlaere, is likely to complete and lead the Red Attack in Europe.
