He has said corruption is not only asking for money, corruption is even when the Parliament Government deliberately does not choose the Trust Board.

“Corruption is not just asking for money with a favor. Corruption is also when the Government or the Parliament deliberately does not select the Trust Board, in order to fail to carry out the secretaries' appointment procedures through most ministries or the appointment of ignorant and servile boards.
