As a continuation of strategic co-operation, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports has signed Memorandum Co-operation with the University of Pristina, “hasan Pristina” for consulting and drafting the Narrative document on the memorial of children killed and missing during 1998-1999 in Kosovo.
After drafting the document, the international competition for the children's memorial project will be announced.
This process, with high sensitivity, requires deep analysis that the outcome be dignified and proportional to purpose.
The memorial is the Kosovo Government's decision, through which the memory for children killed and missing during the war will be honoured and exalted.
