At the same time, he warned that Moscow would be forced to use the full “force of its military-industrial complex and military to prevent escalation of conflict.
Russian authorities responded quickly to Lucas' statement and claimed that an immediate ceasefire would not help Moscow achieve the goals of <x0->special military operation”.
They added that they have taken into account the advice of President Belarus and that Putin plans to talk to him next week about the proposal.
