The directors of a municipal board are appointed by the Commission for the shareholders of that company. The shareholders are made up of three asambitists, and a municipal director delegated by the mayor. In the quality of the shareholders' commission, three KK Pristina asembilists have named the NP Board “Youth Palace”. The appointed ones are:

Periscope has found Vjosa Candjman to be a candidate for municipal advisers from LDK ranks in recent local elections, but had failed to win a seat because he had not received enough votes. Mrs. Rhamani is clearly a successful entrepreneur. It is also known in Kosovo sports.
The candidate who has scored the most has been Ghani Sopi. The same is expected to be the chairman of the Board. Sopi has been a member of LDK since its establishment. He was a board member earlier at other public companies in Pristina, at the time he led LDK.
