Lawyer PDK: Serious wrongdoing, president could end up in Constitutional Court

Lawyer Faton Fetah, who represented The PDK in the case against the KKP law initiated by Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, which the Constitutional Court overturned. Fetah now says that in the event the president does not decree Blerim Isufaj as chief prosecutor, he could then fall by the Constitutional Court. I want to share one thing with you. [...]

I want to share one thing with you. I got the PDK group authorisation that if the president doesn't move, we'll send him to Constitutional Court”, he says on the Pressing show in T7.

He says Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani now remains two ways.

The President already has two paths. So far there was no evidence of the decree of Blerim Isufaj. But he just tried to reason that we're making sure the complaining candidates run out of tools. But that's not who. It doesn't write anywhere, because you can't wait five years to conduct the Constitutional Court. He has two choices today. Or decree it, because it is not to be executed, which is a constitutional offense anyway. It is a serious constitutional violation the president goes home with, he added.

“First The PDK has 18 deputies. You know that to send the president to the Constitution, it takes 30 deputies. It's complex as a situation. There is no authority that indicates no President's action. There should also be reasons for from Western states“, he concluded.
