Kurti meets with EP Green Vice-chairman, supports Kosovo's EU application and visa liberalisation

Kosovo's path to European integration processes was the start of the meeting. Deputy Chairman Geese reaffirmed that they support Kosovo's application to the European Union, as well as expressed satisfaction that the visa liberalisation process is finally moving towards final phases.
The government's continued support for internal reforms and the results of the marked progress did not fail this time. Prime Minister Kurti cited the approval of Energy Strategy 2022-2031 and our goal of transition and advancement towards green and renewable energy, conform and agenda of the European Union's goals.
The meeting was discussed and on the dialogue process with Serbia, the European proposal for normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, and the expectations of the North Macedonia meeting this Saturday. Prime Minister Kurti stressed that the Republic of Kosovo remains a constructive, active and dedicated party according to the principles of democracy and the values of the European Union.
Backing Prime Minister Kurti at this meeting were Republika Kosovo Ambassador to Brussels Agron Bajrami, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Kressnik Ahmeti and Deputy Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, at the same time chairman of the Commission for Environment, Food, Agriculture, Planning and Development, Victory Pacolli.
