After a meeting that lasted about 30 minutes, Kurt addressed the Headship of the Parliament in his feet, where she was hosted by Chief Prime Minister Linddita Nicolas.
Eventually, he is expected to meet with Prime Minister Edi Rama.
The two will hold a working lunch at the 30 government villa in the capital. Kurti's visit to Tirana comes after the Ohrid meeting with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, on 18 March.
