The ZKM communiqué reportedly discussed the report and relationship between Kosovo and the EU, Ksoova's application for membership, the conclusion of the visa liberalisation process and the implementation level of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement.
ZKM says that on the eve of the government's anniversary of its establishment, Kurti has announced President Metsola for “the achievements and success so far” and plans for the second half of the mandate.

Republika Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti was welcomed by European Parliament President Roberta Metsola, accompanied by European Parliament Secretary General Alessandro Chiochetti and her staff. Along with Prime Minister Kurti, Kosovo's Ambassador to Brussels, Agron Bajrami, Republika Parliamentary Group V Parliamentary Assembly MP, at once SEVEN, Mimoza Kusari Lila and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Kreshnik Ahmeti.
With President Metsola, mainly discussed the report and relations between Kosovo and the European Union, Kosovo's application for membership in the European Union, the conclusion of the visa liberalisation process and the level of implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement. He thanked the European Parliament for supporting Kosovo's application to the EU and to the Council of Europe, along with that for visa liberalisation.
Standing on the eve of the government's anniversary, Prime Minister Kurti announced President Metsola's achievements and successes so far and plans for the second half of the mandate. The emphasis was on improvements in rule of law, fighting corruption and democratic indicators, but also on the positive trend of economic indicators of the past two years. Among other things, Prime Minister Kurti mentioned the EU Country Report for 2022, the best for Kosovo ever in which Kosovo's progress is identified in many areas.
The meeting also discussed the 2022-2031 Energy Strategy, adopted last week in the Assembly, and the Government's plans for investment in renewable energy. The European Union has given Kosovo continued support in this sector, including the support package in dealing with the energy crisis worth 75m euros, caused by Russian military aggression in Ukraine.
Also discussed was the European proposal, supported by Germany, France, Italy, and the United States, and the upcoming political summit to be held this weekend in Ohrid, North Macedonia.
