Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has met his first teacher, Igballe Haziri, on the 7th occasion.
Krasniqi, through a Facebook post, has indicated that teaching is not only a profession but a noble call that requires patience, sensitivity, patriotism and passion to convey to the younger generation the highest values and virtues.
“in this respect, the contribution of our teachers to inspiring new generations for freedom and love of Homeland has also been crucial to the liberation of Kosovo. That was true of my teacher, Igballe Haziri, who was visited today with Blendy. It is always a great pleasure to meet him and to talk to him about a very dear period of time for me. Her words and her heart have never changed in the last 35 years. Its message is always clear and meaningful... witnessed throughout a life of education: always do things with love and dedication, especially for new generations and for the state”, writes the head of PDK.
Krasniqi, congratulating all teachers for Teacher's Day, says they deserve greater care.
For everything they are and represent, teachers deserve greater and more sincere attention. I am happy and proud to have been part of governments that have contributed to the growth of their welfare and to the obvious improvement of working conditions in our schools and universities. However, the work is not finished. They deserve better and better, forever and ever! Happy Day of Teachers All! Those who kept Albanian education alive in the past and those who continue to do their best to educate new generations today!” writes Krasniqi.
